Frequently asked questions

SentriScope is a cybersecurity intelligence and exposure correlation platform. It helps security teams consolidate data from attack surface, vulnerabilities, threat intel, and controls into one correlated view and reduce time-to-prioritize.

Free trials depend on currently published eligible plans. If no trial-eligible plans are listed on the Pricing page, contact SentriScope to discuss availability.

Each tenant's data is strictly isolated. Multi-tenant architecture supports shared or dedicated database modes. No cross-tenant access is possible at the API or data layer.

Yes. SentriScope provides a connector framework with canonical mapping. Data from scanners, EDR, CMDB, and other sources can be ingested and normalized into the platform.

Use the Contact page to request a demo or get in touch. For existing customers, support is available through your tenant console.

SentriScope supports connectors for vulnerability management (e.g. Tenable, Qualys), CMDB and asset sources (e.g. ServiceNow), EDR and endpoint (e.g. Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), OT/industrial (e.g. Nozomi), network segmentation (e.g. Akamai Guardicore), and identity (e.g. Entra ID). Data is normalized into a single canonical model. Check the Integrations page or contact us for the latest list.

SentriScope uses guardrailed, read-only LLM workflows for investigation and explainability. Access is tenant- and plan-configurable. The system works with configurable LLM providers and models; prompts are schema-grounded, SQL-validated, and do not include customer secrets or raw credentials. Contact us for current model and provider options.

The canonical data model is a unified schema (assets, vulnerabilities, exposures, controls, threat intel, assessments, etc.) into which data from all connectors is normalized. This allows correlation and prioritization across sources without each tool's proprietary format.

Yes. SentriScope uses encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Secrets and credentials are handled according to security best practices and are not exposed in logs or LLM prompts.

Yes. Enterprise plans offer a dedicated database instance per tenant for stricter isolation and compliance. For custom deployment, SLAs, or volume licensing, contact us through the Contact or Pricing page.
